This machine is applicable for various coffee products, like coffee bean, ground coffee, freeze dried coffee, filling, sealing and packing with a premade pouch.
Pouch Formats
This machine applies for premade pouch with laminate heat sealable material, such as Kraft paper, OPP/PE, BOPP/OPP/PE, PET/AL/PE. etc.
Configuring with different accessories, it applies for various design pouches like quad pouch, flat pouch, gusset pouch, stand up pouch, or stand up pouch with zipper or degassing valve.

Working Process
The working processes include: pouch pick up, pouch open, nitrogen flush, dose, fill and seal. By configuring with different accessories, like zipper opening device, vacuuming and gassing device, capable to fill with different type of pouch, or achieve different process requirement.

System Overview
Note:
1) Production speed may vary depending on product characteristics, pouch conditions, operator skills and ambient filling conditions
2) For side gusset pouch without pre-welded gusset, in order to ensure the re-gusseting process, from the top edge to the level of fill shall >=110-140mm, which depend on the characteristic of the packaging material
3) The size of pouch shall meet the following requirements if apply for zipper pouch:
a) The Length >=160mm
b) The distance from the top edge to the zipper >=30mm
