This machine is applicable for various coffee products, like coffee bean, ground coffee, freeze dried coffee, filling, sealing and packing with premade pouch.
Pouch Formats
This machine applies for premade pouch with laminate heat sealable material, such as Kraft paper, OPP/PE, BOPP/OPP/PE, PET/AL/PE, etc.
Configuring different accessories, it applies for various design pouches like quad pouch, flat pouch, gusset pouch, stand up pouch, or stand-up pouch with zipper or vent valve.
Working Process
The working processes include: pouch pick up, pouch open, fill and twice sealing. By configuring with different accessories, like zipper opening device and gusset pouch device, capable to fill with different type of pouch, or achieve different process requirement.

- Frequency converting motor driven and 3 separate divider indexing sub-systems to enable stable and high-speed movement

- Up to 9 stations enable complete and flexible processes design, like twice filling or sealing
- Vacuum system powered by vacuum pump
- Anodic oxidation and/or harden aluminum for main movement beam and pouch holding bars

- Mechanical detecting of no pouch/not completely open, and no fill no seal interlock
