Detailed Description
This machine is applicable for bag forming, filling, sealing packing with roll film.
Configured with different type of dosing devices, it is applicable for various coffee products packing, such as coffee beans, freeze dried coffee and ground coffee, etc.
Pouch Formats
This machine applies to roll film packing with laminate heat sealable material, such as PET/AL/PE and Kraft paper/AL/LLDPE, etc.
With different design, the machine is able to make various bag types, such as pillow bag, gusset bag, quad sealed bag, with or without valve.
Note: one machine just could choose one of the following bag type only
1. Pillow bag, gusset bag
2. Quad sealed bag
Working Process
The working processes include: laminate packaging film pulling, vent valve adding, bag forming, dosing, then filling, sealing and discharging.
