If meet any particular problems, we will online stand by to support you or arrange an online meeting to have face-to-face guidance.

We offer training in operation maintenance, and troubleshooting at our factory.

Site Service
Engineers are available to provide the site service with daily charge and traveling expenses agreed by both parties.

But due to the Covid-19, it’s hard to send the engineer to have site service, online support plays a more important role in after-sale service.

If necessary to have local service, we will check with our local agent and entrust them to do the service.

We offer the 24-hour online q&a service, with following channels,
